Anywho…so the other day I listened to some conversation on self esteem…..one thing came out clearly during the whole discussion. …Nobody can trample on you without your consent….nobody can climb on the back of someone who is standing upright.

Deep sentiments right……like nobody can disrespect you or insult your whole being without your consent. …we are the reason we are underrated, underestimated and treated like garbage.

Why do you allow her to treat you like a fool discrediting your every move……cheating on you….underestimating your whole being and you are just there keeping up and whining to us about how your girl is this and that…..boy…fix your esteem first. …you are walking around with apologies for your existence and you think she will respect or appreciate you?….. while you are acting like a woishe case…..hell no she will keep doing that till the day you learn and appreciate your true self… nobody got the time to baby a grown ass man.

Girl why let him trample on you like that? That’s more than dickmatisation…….he constantly belittles you,cheats on your ass at every given second, treats you like a cheap hoe……he goes MIA with no explanations……and you still here telling us he is my day one….my ride or die…come off it…day ones don’t treat you like you should be lucky they are in your life…they know your worth and are ready to treat you like a gem that you are.

But again you cannot be treated like a gem while you are out here treating yourself like a lump of sand soil. …….Nobody got time to show you your true worth……Treat yourself well…don’t walk around like a timid ‘ochunglo’…feel good about your every aspect….Look in the mirror at every given chance and tell yourself how amazing you are,how gorge,Oooh my lips look good…. that lippie made them pop….my pack(s) is popping today ….

That shirt made my arms look good….my tummy looks so good….I feel good today….These braids,Conrows/ my natural hair looks extra good….my haircut is winning. …my tundevu zimeweza leo.Find the good in you everyday…don’t wait for nobody to do this for you……

Call a meeting everytime with your people(in your head)…” Oooh Cess leo umeweza….yaani today is that day”.Then walk out to school, work or your various hustles like you own the whole universe even though you are broke af.

Never leave the house feeling like a bag of cabbages then when people treat you like that….you start whining…..Nobody can mistreat you without your consent…..consent doesn’t have to be express…it could be implied.. maybe you act a certain way….don’t complain when we treat you that way then.

Loves feel good about your every aspect…flaws,edges and all….feel great, look great and act great…show the world how good you feel about yourself and they will fall right in place.
